The New Starter Information Pack for 1330 (Warrington) Squadron RAF Air Cadets is a welcome guide for new cadets and their parents / carers. It explains everything needed to get started, from enrolment through to uniforms, attendance and what young people can expect during their first few months. You can download it HERE
Overall, the document sets expectations for both cadets and parents ./ carers while highlighting that the RAF Air Cadets is about much more than military activities.
The programme is designed to help young people develop confidence, leadership, resilience, teamwork and practical life skills through aviation, adventure training, sport, community service and social activities. The aim is to create an enjoyable, challenging environment where young people make friends, gain qualifications and grow into confident, responsible adults.
